Cole Palmer's strange meal deal choice has been questioned by football fans after the Chelsea star's strange "jam" sandwich request.

The Chelsea star helped promote Pringles' Hot Blazing Fried Chicken flavour this week and in that advert, he was asked about his go-to meal deal. The 22-year-old admitted he had never had one of those before, but when pressed on the matter he said it would be a jam sandwich. Football fans leapt upon this, with one saying this should be "debated in Parliament".

Aside from off-the-field matters, Palmer's form has nosedived in recent weeks. The England international has failed to score or assist in Chelsea's last seven games, at a time when they have struggled in the Premier League. The ex-Manchester City man, who had been prolific for the west London outfit prior to this bad run, and the Blues will hope he returns to goalscoring action as soon as possible.
