According to 90min, Tottenham Hotspur have been offered the chance to sign Paco Alcacer on loan for the remainder of the 2019/20 campaign.
The 26-year-old has scored seven times in 15 appearances for Borussia Dortmund during the current season, including five in 11 Bundesliga outings.
The Spain international has not actually started a league match since the end of November, though, and was left out against Augsburg at the weekend, where Erling Braut Haaland scored a debut hat-trick.
According to 90min, Alcacer has been offered to Spurs – without talisman Harry Kane until April following hamstring surgery – on a temporary deal.
And a number of the fans would be interested in a swoop for the former Barcelona ace.
That said, not everyone shares the same opinion as plenty of supporters took to Twitter to insist that they were not interested in a swoop this month.
Another fan claimed that Jose Mourinho’s side should forget about a loan swoop for Alcacer and instead attempt to sign him on a permanent deal this month.
Meanwhile, a number of Tottenham supporters have been reacting to suggestions that their club could move for this experienced forward.
